ABOUT ARMOU VILLAGE  

Armou is a peaceful and tranquil Cypriot village in a hillside location at an altitude of 1500 feet above Paphos. It is situated 11km north east of Paphos away from the hustle and bustle, it is a place for those who prefer a quieter location; and the drive up from the town is a real pleasure at any time of the year. This is the 'real' Cyprus, abundant in flora and fauna, and sleepy little hamlets, like nearby Marathounta, nestling amid the rolling green hills.

It is just 10 minutes drive to the local beaches or the many bars and restaurants around the old harbour in Kato Paphos. There are numerous historical sites, walks, monasteries, flora and fauna locally, plus tavernas in Armou and nearby Marathounta and Konia. There are 3 golf courses within a short drive drive and all of the services and attractions of Paphos just a few minutes away. Paphos airport is only a 20 minute drive away, Larnaca airport is approximately 90 minutes by car. From January to March there is skiing less than 2 hours away on Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains.
